Baccalaureate Program
For more than 30 years, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Eta Rho Omega Chapter in conjunction with the Ivy Rose Community Foundation, Inc.®, has proudly sponsored a special scholarship program and event honoring outstanding high school graduating seniors.
Debutante Ball
For over 44 years, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® in conjunction with the Ivy Rose Community Foundation, Inc.®, has proudly hosted the Debutante Ball - a timeless celebration honoring the grace, achievement, and promise of our debutantes, escorts, princes & princesses.
Derby Day
Step into style at Derby Day in the South Bay - one of our newest and most anticipated signature events! Hosted by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Eta Rho Omega Chapter in conjunction with the Ivy Rose Community Foundation, Inc.®, this annual celebration brings Southern charm to Silicon Valley, with proceeds benefiting our scholarship program.
Pink Goes Red
For decades, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Eta Rho Omega Chapter in conjunction with the Ivy Rose Community Foundation, Inc.®, has proudly hosted Pink Goes Red: Transforming Health in Our Community. Held annually on the first Saturday in February, this free, interactive health workshop and luncheon connects the community with trusted partners and resources focused on building healthier lives free of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and diabetes.
